TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Franchisee shall set-up all the Infra-structure and Manpower.
2. The Franchisee has to send all Reports on a Periodic basis to the Franchisor 
3. The Franchisee will have all the say in Recruitment of team members at his location and will report about the Hiring to the Franchisor
4. Billing & Collection will be centralized at Mumbai.
5. Franchisee will get Business order of Key account of his location from time to time.
6. The Franchisee has to fulfill the orders which is pertaining to Franchisee’s location
7. The Franchisee should procure Business orders from his location on behalf of the Franchisor
8. Since the Franchisee will be involved in the Business, he can also draw the salary from the business.
9. Any important Business decision related to New Contract, Finalization of Rates/ Service Fee etc., has to be with the consent of the Franchisor.
10. All Contracts, MOU’s and Business Agreements would be from the Franchisor.

PAYMENT TERMS

• Payment  will made between 60 days – 90 days.
• If candidate will leave the company before the payment clause (will provide the clause when required), need to replace candidate within 30 days or refund the payment for the same.
• Payment will done after deducting TDS as per Income Tax Law.
• 50% of Billing Amount means Billing amount excluding Service Tax.
