Job Description
To design, deploy and manage all operations for effective subscriber and vehicle management.
To liaison with & proactively build and sustain relationship with all Vendors/Suppliers related to Subscriber Management and ensure Companys interests are best managed & maintenance of updated Subscriber Records, Documents & Agreements.
Job Description:-
To set processes and systems for Subscriber retention, engagement and business supports; ensure ALL deliverables are executed as per standards required for enhancing the overall performance of Subscribers ,delivery of Quality Services & correct maintenance MIS & data required for analysis & decision making.
To work out Budget for entire Subscriber Management Processes and ensure that all Purchases related to the Dept are within set budgetary limits.
Liasoning & Proactively build and sustain relationship with all Vendors, subscribers, service providers and ensure that Companys interests are best managed.
4. RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CRISIS MANAGEMENT RESOLUTION ON THE FIELD.
To track, monitor & evaluate Subscriber performance, discipline Hygienic & Grooming Factor on monthly basis.
To ensure maintenance of updated Personnel files of Subscribers, Vendors & Suppliers (Active & Exit) & other Record Keeping.
Contribution in providing inputs for improvising and developing an evolving and effective systems for Vendor/Supplier Management for making it Cost effective, Optimizing Resources and Time saving.
Ensure all Taxi Subscription Agreements are signed before Taxi allotment
To understand the Needs and Thoughts & Grievances of Subscribers & provide solutions to them , resolve disputes & establish a common ground to build strong relationships and teamwork .
Counseling of Subscribers for better performance & educate them on processes to follow to meet the standards set and avoid non compliance to it.
Ensure additional subscriber training requirements are met
To ensure subscriber attritions are in line with corporate objectives and are met through various engagement activities, implementation of robust R&R processes, and business growth of subscribers by analyzing datas and finding solutions.
