To execute Routine Admin Ops / Logistic & Travel/ Facilities/ Housekeeping / DCR / AMC / Property / Assets Management Infrastructure and Work Environment /Identification of various Office Equipment and Services/ Leasing as per standards set for all Office Locations including Guest Houses, Godowns, Depots & Other Facilities (if any)/ and maintenance of MIS of the same.
Work with vendors that are identified for provision of routine Services such as Stationery , Office Supplies, Security etc (as above) while ensuring the best rates are negotiated for the Company & proactively build and sustain relationship with them ,ensure Companys interests are best managed & Bill Processing of Vendors is done on time.
Maintain all Vendor Agreements & Records up to date for all locations and ensure confidentiality of the same is adhered to.
Maintain all Office Supplies /Material Resource/ Equipment/Assets/Key Management/Attendance Software/Swipe/Identity Card & ensure the same is effectively utilised
Execute Activities related Security i.e. security of material, employees and information of the company , responsible for prevention of fire and thefts ,Strict control over entry/exit of Employees/Visitors etc
Responsible for checking / inspecting Office Facilities on a regular basis and bring any anomaly to the notice of the manager.
